(1) I believe more companies are ready to change their corporate culture and will approve of their employees wearing clothes that are not too formal. (2) I have two reasons. First of all, casual clothes such as jeans and T-shirts are more comfortable and easier to work in and thus help employees improve their working efficiency. (3) Secondly, workers can keep the temperature of their office higher than when working in their formal clothes. (4) As a result, they can help reduce electricity costs. If employers are well aware of these advantages, they will let their workers choose casual outfits for the workplace. (5) For the above reasons, I think more companies will permit their employees to wear casual clothes.

文のスタイルはすぐにマスターできますから、表現力をつけるように普段から、心がけて下さい。特に同じことばを繰り返さないよう、例えば、allow O to do ~ を、approve of O doing ~やpermit O to doのような別の表現を使うといいでしょう。また「(着て)仕事をしやすい」easy to work inとか、「作業効率を改善する」improve their working efficiency、さらに「以上の理由から」for the above reasonsなどのフレーズが使えるようにインプットに励んで下さい。
